The 2m7f novice hurdle at 1.00 has been a lively betting heat with Churchstonewarrior currently the 5/4 favourite from 10/3. Idas Boy was the one for money earlier on in the same heat and is 7/4 (from 9/4) with both Mr Josiey Wales and Quantum Realm very easy to back.

Half an hour later in the mares' maiden hurdle, punters have been tucking into Steak and Onions at all rates from 9/2 and Eoin McCarthy's charge is now showing as the 7/4 favourite.
