Lady Temperance over the last

Lady Temperance swept past the duelling leaders to take the opening maiden hurdle at Wexford for Mags and Danny Mullins.
The Getaway mare was supported late on from 8/1 and 6/1 and travelled nicely on the bridle in third round the home bend.
Mullins switched her out before the last and she raced past Mare Quimby and Jumping Jet inside the final furlong.
She drew two and three quarter lengths clear at the line. Mare Quimby (10/3 from 11/2) rallied to get second by half a length from the 1/2 favourite Jumping Jet.
Jockey Mullins said: "It was a nice performance and she has always been a decent filly. She won a good Naas bumper first time out and she just had her problems since then.
"She had a lovely comeback run in Cork and in fairness Ricky (Doyle) taught her a lot that day when I was still out injured and the lads at home do a great job with her. Keeping her right and moving well is the thing and hopefully where we're at now, she can build plenty on that.
"There are a few nice mares' novice races coming up so hopefully will slot into those now."
