Tommy Stack and his team produced Lady Oak (14/1) fit and well to score off a 159 day break in the hands of Billy Lee in the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Fillies Median Auction Maiden (Plus 10 Race) at Dundalk.
The once previously raced daughter of Arcano touched off The Yellow Bus (6/4 favourite) and Even Song (promising) by a head and the same.
"She ran early on on heavy ground at Leopardstown when she was a bit weak and it took a lot out of her," said Lee.
"She got a good break after that. She did it well there and was just ready to run. She moved up well and stuck her head out and battled.
"She's a nice filly for a mile or a mile-and-a-quarter next year."
