The Richard Brabazon trained Korbous gained a fourth career win and his first of the year when landing the Ticket Sales Online Apprentice Handicap at Cork today.
Ridden by Oisin Orr, the son of Choisir came out the right side of a photo-finish to edge a short head win over Prince Jock
Afterwards Brabazon stated “he has had a lot of problems over the years but always comes back. I’m thrilled with that and we’ll keep him to handicaps now and go to Killarney next.”
Korbous was claiming a fourth win, having gained earlier wins in 2012, 2014 and 2015.
