Killultagh makes impressive debut
Killultagh Queen made an impressive winning debut in the concluding mares bumper at Fairyhouse.
The daughter of King's Theatre cruised into contention in the straight, under Patrick Mullins.
She hit the front inside the final furlong and stretched well when asked to quicken to score by six-lengths from Midnight Socialite
"She's nicely bred - I love the King's Theatre fillies. She did it nicely and we'll probably go jumping with her," said trainer Willie Mullins.
"If there was a nice winners mares bumper we'd see but I'd prefer to go jumping as she has a jumping pedigree. I think she'll stay a bit further. Patrick said there would be no problem stamina wise."
