Katimavik prevailed in a bunch finish to the Tipperary Crystal Handicap to score for Dermot Weld and Pat Smullen.
The Moyglare owned gelding came with his run inside the final furlong and just had his head in front at the line to secure a short-head victory.
Cullentry Royal finished well on the outer to grab second on the line, edging out Marshall Jennings by a nose. Long-time leader Kings Ryker was only a further neck behind in fourth.
The 8/1 winner had been well held on his return here in June but had run well in a three-runner contest at Leopardstown last time when going down by half a length.
"He's consistent, and was only beaten half a length at Leopardstown. It was a typically competitive Curragh handicap, and a little bit of ease in the ground was a help," said Weld.
