Jamaayel battles well to open account
Jamaayel proved a tough customer in the fillies maiden when scoring for Kevin Prendergast and Declan McDonogh.
The Hamdan Al Maktoum-owned daughter of Shamardal wore down Della'alba in the final furlong to record a neck success.
"She's a very tough filly - as tough as nails," said McDonogh afterwards.
"She never knows when she is beaten and when she was passed she came back again. She loves that surface. Her dam was very good."
