Jockeys Seamie Heffernan and Michael Hussey both received suspensions from the Stewards at Wexford this evening.

Heffernan received suspensions totalling four days while Hussey received a two day suspension.

Heffernan receives a two day suspension for using his whip with excessive frequency on runner-up King’s Jester in the Belmont Handicap before receiving a further two days for not giving runner-up Black Belt time to respond in the Claimer.

Hussey, on the other hand, received a two day suspension for using his whip with excessive frequency on 7.05 winner Elusive Moon
