After taking the previous contest with Most Gifted Aidan O'Brien and Seamie Heffernan quickly doubled-up with El Greco in the Buy Online @corkracecourse.ie Maiden.
Third on his debut at Dundalk in October, the son of Galileo again finishing third on his second start at the all-weather venue last month.
Having made all on Most Gifted, Heffernan adopted the same front-running tactics on this son of Galileo, who was sent off a 5/2 chance.
He was ridden from the two furlong pole, and kept on well inside the final furlong to score by a length and three parts. Tremendous Leap (3/1) finished second under Donnacha O'Brien for his brother Joseph, while the 7/4 favourite (from 5/2) New To Town was another length and three parts back in third.
Heffernan said afterwards: "He is a grand big lad and is a typical one of Aidan’s and hopefully he’ll continue to improve away.
"I'd say he got a little tired at Dundalk but he was very likeable there. I'd say he'll want a little further and hopefully he'll be getting fitter with each run."
