Harty & Darcy on the mark at Tramore again
Sabrina Harty and Mick Darcy followed up their success with Rock County here yesterday when Cooper's Crest landed the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Mares Maiden Hurdle at Tramore.
Outsider Alittlealexandrite made a valiant bid from the front here but she was eventually reeled in by the winner before the last and she went on to beat Happy Milly by five lengths.
Mick Darcy commented: "Sabrina is in Leopardstown. This mare loves the good ground but she probably wants further, two and a half plus and she is learning the whole time. She is very head-strong."
The winning syndicate, the Tippkill Syndicate, is a ten member grouping from all over the country but mainly from Tipperary.
