Harry Trotter has proved a good money-spinner for connections, and the Kodiac gelding recorded his fifth career success when taking the featured Join The Tipperary Races Supporters Club Handicap.
Six went to post for the €20,000 five-furlong feature event, and the sextet were virtually in a line as they passed the furlong pole on going which had dried out to be good to firm.
However the David Marnane-trained gelding, easy to back in the market and sent off at 7/1, came home best inside the final furlong.
Connor King’s mount had a length and a quarter to spare over Sassaway at the line, with Queen Grace another two and a quarter lengths away in third.
