Harrington takes opener at Bellewstown
Trainer Jessie Harrington who was on the mark at Leopardstown yesterday evening was back in the winners enclosure when Cloneylass took the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at Bellewstown.
Fran Berry who made most aboard the Verglas filly was clear of her rivals from over a furlong out and kept on well to score by a convincing two and a half lengths.
Winning trainer Harrington said afterwards: “That was good, she has being crying out for five furlongs.”
“We will probably head for the Listed Race at Tipperary over five furlongs next.”
