The Dabbler

The ground at Galway is now Soft (on hurdle course) and Soft, Heavy in Places (on chase track) after 11mm of rain overnight.
Showers are forecast today (approximately 4-5mm of rain).
The first of eight National Hunt races is off at 1.10pm. The Dabbler is bidding for a hat-trick in the Marlin Hotel Dublin, Supporting The National Breast Cancer Research Institute Handicap Steeplechase at 2.17pm.
The track also races tomorrow and the going is Heavy on the flat course. Monday is expected to be mainly dry.
Wexford got the same amount of rain overnight and the ground there is is now Heavy, Soft in places.
The rain is due to clear by 10am.
The seven race National Hunt card commences at 1.25pm. Queens Brook makes her return to action in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Mares) Hurdle at 2pm.
Wexford has another National Hunt card tomorrow.
