Gamble on forgotten horse Warcraft
There has been a significant morning gamble on the Michael Hourigan trained Warcraft in today’s Naas Court Hotel Handicap Hurdle at Punchestown.
As big as 25/1 early this morning the Gigginstown House Stud owned 7-y-o was cut by lunchtime to 12/1 by most firms.
Warcraft was the subject of a gamble once before when he was supported into joint favourite for a similar contest at Bellewstown last July. On that occasion his saddle slipped before the race and his rider Adrian Heskin was still walking him to the start when the race began without him.
