Duers wins again
Barry Geraghty put in good performance when getting up in the closing stages to land the Killone Estate Handicap Chase aboard the Paul Magnier trained Duers and deny Ah Ya Boy Ya and Alan Crowe by a head.
Winning trainer Magnier said afterwards: “For a big horse you would think he would like soft ground but he is much better on good ground. He’s holding his form well and we will probably go for another handicap.”
John Cullen who took a crashing fall from Tory Hill Lad who slipped on the bend has been taken to Hospital for x-rays and treatment for a cut on his forehead and is stood down for 7 days.
