On a bad day for punters generally at Downpatrick, three of the SP favourites were subsequently reported to have not run their true races.
In the first, narrow runner-up and favourite Bank The Bucks was found to be lame in his off fore post-race.
In the second race favourite Westhaven was reported by his rider Paul Carberry to have met with interference early on by fallers while in race three, fourth placed 7/4f Coldwinters subsequently pulled up lame.
Elsewhere Hollyville 100/30 second favourite for the beginners chase, was reported by Barry O'Neill not to have handled the ground.
In the bumper, jockey Katie Walsh was suspended for one day for using her whip with excessive frequency and failing to give her mount (Ironmill Lad, favourite) time to respond in the closing stages.
