Whipless (3/1) made every post a winning one as he scored under Ronan Whelan to give Jim Bolger a double at Leopardstown when winning the one mile handicap.
The four-year-old colt had a length and a quarter in hand over 9/4 favourite Bold Thady Quill at the finish. The favourite was well supported from 11/2 to 4/1 in the morning and 7/2 to 9/4 at the track.
Jim Bolger said: “Little fish are sweet. The plan was to kick on with him. A mile is the minimum trip for him. He gets ten furlongs well.
“He is in the form of his life. He is on the market and available for jumping.” Edenshaw took third placed prize money in the six-runner event.
