Dr Doro burned her rivals off from the front when making all in the concluding five-furlong nursery at the Curragh.
Wayne Lordan bounced out and set a strong pace on the daughter of Holy Roman Emperor.
The Tommy Stack-trained filly had her rivals in trouble over a furlong out and kept on strongly in the closing stages to beat 15/8 favourite Know by three-and-a-half lengths.
The 4/1 winner had filled the runner-up spot in maidens at Navan and Tipperary on her previous two outings.
"She's a very quick filly. She's been running consistently and I just let her bowl along and she did it well. She's a nice filly," said Lordan afterwards.
