De Bromhead sizing up Cheltenham raid
Sizing Symphony under Andrew Lynch, booked his place at Cheltenham’s October meeting with a win in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse today.
Afterwards winning trainer Henry De Bromhead said “I’m delighted with that, he was great. He was impressive at Killarney but we wanted to see if he could step up today, and he did.
“They went a really good gallop today but he picked up and seemed to stay well. Andrew gave him a great ride and it’s great to have him back. We might send him over to Cheltenham in mid-October for a novice hurdle over 2m5f now."
