The 3/1 favourite Dandyville made it three wins on the spin in the Declan Landy Fencing Handicap.
Last seen when winning at Dundalk in November, the five-year-old got a lead over on the far side from Craft Irish and mastered that rival in the final furlong to score by two and a quarter lengths in the hands of Bill Lee.
It was a sixth win in 18 starts for Natalia Lupini’s sprinter.
"Billy gave him a great ride and the horse was in good form. He was fresh and well at home,” said Lupini.
“We're delighted to have him in the yard and he looks like a nice prospect to step up to premier handicap level.
“Something like the Scurry would be the aim this year or the Bold Lad.
“We were praying that it didn't rain and luckily it stayed away. It was a nice performance.
“The horses are running well and looking well.”
