Curragh winner Tango Foxtrot is Galway possibility
Willie Mullins' Tango Foxtrot is a possibility for a Galway Festival handicap next week, following a good win in the Waterford Crystal Handicap at The Curragh today.
The son of Foxhound eventually ran out the length and a half winner, under Pat Smullen and the delighted winning trainer later mentioned "Tango Foxtrot is a horse which thrives on racing and if I could I'd run him three times next week! He may run in Galway's big seven furlong handicap on the Sunday."
He added "he seems to be a lot stronger this year but he doesn't seem to be staying as well."
