The Super Sunday on 5th October Handicap provided another close finish at Tipperary this evening. Three horses fought out the finish the eventual winner was Lady Schmuck of Tracey Collins' who was just touched off in the first race.
Michael Hussey was doing the steering for owner Noel O'Callaghan. Hussey's mount battled with Fly By Magic of Pat Careys' and Point Calimere of Maura McGuiness' and managed to hold them off by a short head and a head.
Collins said afterwards, 'She's a game filly, Michael gave her a beautiful ride. Not sure where to go with her next maybe another handicap.'
Tracey Collins recorded an across the card the double and after winning at Tipperary she then went on to win the next race at Sligo with Jettymarc ridden by stable jockey Pat Shanahan.
Sheena, her sister, was at Sligo to see the just over 44/1 double being completed for Conyngham Lodge. She said, "Jettymarc is a good galloping horse that stays well and he should make a nice hurdler when he goes at that game before the year is out."
