This afternoon's meeting in Clonmel has been given the green light.
Lorcan Wyer, IHRB Clerk of the Course, said: "Following our inspection this morning, the fixture at Clonmel today goes ahead. The ground is now heavy.
"The forecast for today is to be mainly dry with the current temperature one degree, and it is due to rise up to between four and seven degrees later today.
"Our first race today is 12.25pm."
Willie Mullins' Quai De Bourbon is odds-on favourite for the Munster Hurdle (1.35pm) after winning his maiden hurdle at Naas in December.
