Champion Willie 'makes mine a 99'!
Upazo and Paul Townend

Willie Mullins just needs to 'pot one more red' this weekend to register the quickest century of winners by a trainer in Ireland, following the win of his Upazo in the Irish Racing Yearbook Rated Hurdle at Fairyhouse today.
Upazo was also completing an opening races double for both Mullins and jockey Paul Townend, having been successful with Abbysial in the opening maiden hurdle and following his second winner, Mullins stated “he (Upazo) disappointed last year but now has got his act together.
“We'll probably stick to that minimum trip with him and while he was in the Ladbroke Hurdle at Ascot next week, I doubt he'll go for it as it'll would come too soon.
“He is still a novice and we'll go down the novice route and find a race for him after Christmas.” Mullins needs just one more winner this weekend to beat, by one day, his own record-breaking fastest century, achieved on December 16, 2012.
