Byrnes shows his skill yet again
Adropaupep joined her stable companion Seaside Shuffle as a horse to benefit from the undoubted training skills of Charles Byrnes in recent times as the grey, on outing number four for the Ballingarry, County Limerick handler, landed the Follow Us On Twitter Handicap Hurdle under Paul Townend at Cork.
Townend deputised for the unwell Davy Russell who stood himself down following his ride on Won In The Dark in the previous race.
Byrnes wasn't present to see the David Speiran-owned daughter of Amilynx lead from four out and go clear from the next, keeping up the gallop to beat Paddy The Ref by two and a half lengths.
Speiran also bred Adropaupep whilst Byrnes missed the win as he was at a wedding.
