Bullhill springs shock
50/1 shot Bullhill Flyer belied his starting price when running out a six-length winner of the Edmond Whelan Memorial Handicap Hurdle.
Sent on by Shane Hassett after the second last the gelding stayed on strongly to score for trainer Sabrina Harty.
"He did it very well and we're very happy with that," said Matt Lawlor, representing winning owners the Lawdonn Syndicate.
"Sabrina had said he was coming along great - it's been nearly three years since he won last time at Fairyhouse.
"Shane gave him the perfect ride. We'll talk now to Sabrina in the next few weeks and decide what to do with him."
