Berry times it well on Ballet
Fran Berry got a good tune from Jills Ballet inside the final furlong to claim the Mount Hillary Race at Cork.
Prunella Dobbs' charge was held up early before storming home in the closing stages of the mile contest.
She got her head in front close home and was a cosy three-parts-of-a-length winner at the line from 11/4 favourite Mamma Rosa
The easy to back 14/1 winner had been a promising fourth on her return from a two-year absence at Killarney last month before being well held at Galway on her last start.
"She's a very very genuine filly. She was off for two years as she done a tendon back in 2009," said Dobbs.
"All credit to Frederick Rooney, who works for me, as he did all the prep work with her.
"She'll go for a handicap next. She's a real summer filly and likes the fast ground.
The Wicklow handler has only three for the Flat and had another winner at Sligo last week with Gagnant:-
"I'd like to branch out and take on a few more for the Flat."
