Another Wexican Impresses at Tramore
Another Wexican was supported from 6/1 this morning into 4/1 for the concluding Tramore Race Supporters Flat Race on the back of a promising effort at Roscommon all of 242 days ago and Nina Carberry's mount certainly didn't let his supporters down with an impressive twelve length win.
The Bob's Return gelding was always prominent, led two and a half furlongs out and he was ridden clear in the straight, staying on strongly for a very good victory.
Successful local trainer, Henry de Bromhead: "We always felt he wanted good ground and we've waited for ages for it. He works well at home and he'll probably go for a winners bumper next. He was bought from Kilbarry Lodge Stud. My wife Heather owns it so it's good to keep her happy. My horses are finding a bit of form."
