Ainama back to form at Cork
Ainama so impressive at Cork back in August, returned to the Mallow venue to land the www.corkracecourse.ie Handicap Hurdle under 'Slippers' Madden.
The ex-Nicky Henderson trained son of Desert Prince landing his second win from four starts since joining 'Boots' Madden, jumped to the front two out here and he stayed on well from the last to see off Big Game Hunter by two lengths.
Madden senior said afterwards: "He liked the trip and the ease in the ground and everyone is happy. I've no plans for him now, he'll run away there in three-milers."
Well-backed local hope The Bishop Looney finished third whilst Shuil Aris dropped to last from four out before staying on without threat in the straight.
