The James Morrison trained Much Acclaimed landed the €45,000 Irish Stallion Farms EBF September Handicap at The Curragh today, scoring at 16/1 under Danny Grant.

Grant held the son of Sulamani in mid-division before steadily moved him through to lead a furlong and a half out. At the line, Much Acclaimed had three parts of a length to spare over the staying on well to defeat Asiya

Morrison was not present for the win.
