Mullins seen to good effect

Danny Mullins was seen to good effect after he won The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap aboard 7/1 shot Filista from the Jim Bolger stable.

Mullins raced the Aptitude filly in rear, made progress on outer approaching straight and under a strong drive by Mullins the pair improved to lead inside the final furlong and win by 1 ¾ length.

Winning trainer Jim Bolger was absent.
