Manavic causes upset to win at Killarney
The Pat Tallis trained Manavic under Ben Curtis, caused a 25/1 upset to win the Joe O'Shea Electrical Handicap at Killarney today.
The son of Clodovil chased the leaders before eventually getting his head in front close home for a short head win over Leap The Liffey
Afterwards Tallis stated “Manavic was having his first winner of the year but deserved a win. He is owned by my daughter Claire Holohan and we'll go for something similar again next.”
