Gigginstown House Stud famously sourced Gold Cup winner War Of Attrition from Ger Hourigan after he'd competed in a point-to-point. The County Westmeath powerhouse bought Rough Justice a Dromahane winner, from the same nursery. He took the Jennings Meats Beginners Chase this evening at Ballinrobe on his first start over racecourse fences.

"He had to do it the hard way. It was a good solid round of jumping from him and I thought we were well on top," commented Townend. (DM & EM)
