The feature race of the day The Guinness Handicap Hurdle was won by Jessie Harrington's charge Quartino with Barry Geraghty doing the steering for owners The Midas Syndicate.
Geraghty raced his mount in behind the leaders and improved to lead after 2 out and kept on well to hold off the late efforts of Eoin Griffin's Sanglote by 1 ? lengths.
Eamon Leigh assistant to Jessie Harrington said, "Barry gave him a super ride. He got a bit lonely in front but he quickened up well. The horse improved from his win at Bellewstown and things worked out well."
