Charlisse is now two from two at Dundalk after obliging at 33/1 in the View Restaurant At Dundalk Stadium Handicap over seven furlongs.
Leigh Roche soon led from stall six and the Camacho filly made the rest before seeing off Talia by half a length in the closing stages.
The runner-up went off the 9/4 favourite and was three-parts of a length in front of Exquisite Acclaim (9/2).
Trainer Denis Cullen said: "I don't know why she is always a big price, we like her and I've always thought a lot of her. It is great that she is after winning again.
"Leopardstown things just didn't go right, she hit the gates good and travelled alright but got caught in a pocket. She just got brought back out of the race and was never able to make any ground. She just hacked around behind them and didn't get any luck in-running.
"She has been training well at home and I think she is not too bad. She's fit and well and I told Leigh to keep it simple. He hit the gates and got a grand lead so he said he was happy to sit there.
"He said when she had to get tough and knuckle down, she did. She was a lot more professional today. The last day when she won here was her first run and she was a bit green. Today I thought she put her head down and battled on really strongly.
"I had her entered in a Listed race a couple of weeks back and the ground changed on her. She probably does want a bit of nice ground. Hopefully, we will get a bit of Listed for her.
"I'll keep her if she keeps doing that!"
Charlisse won at 80/1 on debut here last December before finishing out the back on her second start at Leopardstown last month.
