Carberry shows strength on Start

Start Me Up made hard work of getting the better of long-time leader Daneva in the concluding bumper at Galway.

Nina Carberry had to be at her strongest on the 4/9 shot to get to the front inside the final furlong for a three-parts of a length success.

"He goes on soft but wouldn't want it that heavy," said trainer Charlie Swan. "He'll probably go hurdling if he is not sold in the meantime."
