Fran Berry recorded a double this evening when winning The Boylesports.com Handicap aboard the John Geoghegan trained Lake Pontchartrain in the colours of Anne Geoghegan.

Geoghegan said afterwards, "She hasn't got a clear run all season and she's had plenty of little problems. She worked well during the work and I said to Fran [Berry] she had a good chance."
