Keith Donoghue is carrying all before him since returning to the saddle from injury recently and he was typically assured aboard winning favourite One Night Standard (11/8) in the Wexford Racecourse Mares Maiden Hurdle.

The writing was on the wall for One Night Standard's rivals from before the straight, and Gavin Cromwell's charge led before the last on the way to a four length success over Ballinearla Girl

Bred also in the Model County by Killian Traynor, One Night Standard is a daughter of Jukebox Jury, sire of last night's impressive Leopardstown winner and now Royal Ascot bound, A Piece Of Heaven.

"She done it well. It was an unplaced maiden and she had a good enough run the last day and had a good run the time before at Fairyhouse," said Donoghue, registering his fourth winner in less than 24-hours.

"On form she was probably entitled to do it. Two-and-a-half is probably in or around her trip, she could probably go up if she had to.

"Hopefully she will be a grand mare for the summer. I'd say she'd want it a bit better than soft ground, she just got away with it today in that grade of a race."

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shaving (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

C.M. Quirke, rider of Sky Tempest trained by Louise G. Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise.
