Massif Central finished third for him in the feature, stable companion Katiymann was second in the 7.30, but Playa Del Puente Luna’s Luck, Ahlan Bil Zain and Lady De Vesci all scored on an amazing night for Michael Halford at Dundalk.
Ronan Whelan rode Playa Del Puente, Luna's Luck and Lady De Vesci, whilst it was Ben Coen that steered Ahlan Bil Zain home in front.
The four-timer came in at odds of 606/1 and Lady De Vesci (7s into 5s) upstaged favourite Sleepy Head by a length and three parts in the Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey & Trainer Championship Handicap.
Said Halford: "She's been running well and deserved her chance. The last time we probably made a bit too much use of her. We dropped her in a bit more tonight and she settled better. She's very generous and tries too hard early on.
"I'm delighted for her owner (Frank Sommer) who also bred her. He's based in Germany, and has been more than patient with her and me. It's been a good night all round."
Halford has had a four-timer here before.
