< Djakadam made an excellent return to action as he led home a Willie Mullins one-two in the John Durkan Memorial Punchestown Chase.
Despite being absent since the Punchestown Festival, the Cheltenham Gold Cup runner-up was sent off the 7-4 favourite and took the lead off Flemenstar not long into the Grade One contest.
His stablemate Valseur Lido tried to close on the home turn, but Djakadam had lots left and went away again in the straight, jumping well on his way to a 12-length triumph to provide the highlight of a treble for Mullins and Ruby Walsh.< Pont Alexandre (4-6 favourite) made a sparkling comeback for Mullins and Walsh in the Buy Your Go Racing In Kildare Badge Beginners Chase.
The former top novice hurdler had been sidelined since the 2013 Cheltenham Festival but dictated terms to suit himself, with his jumping slick, and he quickened smartly to see off Balbir Du Mathan by eight and a half lengths.
Mullins' smart bumper performer Yorkhill made a smooth transition to timber in the Buy Your 2016 Annual Membership Maiden Hurdle.
The 8-15 favourite cruised to the front on the run to the final flight and although he didn't need to, Walsh gave him a couple of cracks to teach him something, and he sauntered across the line with eight and a half lengths in hand of Road To Respect
Mullins had settle for second, though, when Blow By Blow couldn't quite repel Tamlough Boy in the Old House, Kill (Pro/Am) Flat Race.
On turning for home in the Ladies Free Admission On New Years Eve Rated Novice Hurdle, 9-4 market leader A Great View had three of his four rivals ahead of him and seemed to be going nowhere, but he sprouted wings approaching the last and stormed a length clear of Attribution < Oscar Sam (6-4 favourite) made it two from two since joining Jessie Harrington in the Follow Us On Facebook And Twitter Handicap Hurdle, and his jockey Robbie Power followed up on Sumos Novios (9-2) in the 3 For 2 Festival Tickets At punchestown.com Handicap Chase.
