Mullins wins last with Bishopsfurze

Bishopsfurze justified favouritism when landing the concluding Emeraldbloodstock.com (Pro/Am) Flat Race in the hands Patrick Mullins.

Mullins sent the 11/4 favourite to the front from over one furlong out and kept on well to hold off the fast finishing Go All The Way by a length and a quarter.

Winning trainer Mullins said afterwards: "I'm very happy with that. Things just happened a little quick for him at Cheltenham."

"He will go out now for the Summer and come back and go novice hurdling probably over two and a half miles."
