The nine-year-old is now reunited with Sean Flanagan who was in the saddle when she won at this track last August. Golden Glen has to be of interest off a chase mark which is 11lbs lower than her hurdle rating. The mare won her only race to date at this track and has shaped well on a couple of occasions since switching her attention to fences. Significantly, she was very well supported for a similar race at Clonmel in April, a clear indication that connections believe her to be capable of better. Point-to-point winner Bearwithmenow, who ran well on his chasing debut at Tipperary recently, is another with strong claims.
