Front-running tactics again reaped rewards at Tipperary this evening as Dolly Dancer landed the mares maiden hurdle in fine style.
The Emmet Mullins-trained daughter of Yeats went on after the second flight, under Brian Hayes, and made the rest.
She was asked for an effort after the second last and the 7/4 favourite soon asserted, going on to record a comprehensive 12 length success over Cash Me Outside
Dolly Dancer has proven consistent to date and was placed in two bumpers and also on her sole previous outing over timber.
The winning rider said:- "She had a bit of experience and she jumps so well.
“That's what helps her because she was entitled to do that today. She had a lot of places and should pay her way.
"I'm delighted to ride a winner for Emmet Mullins . He's an up and coming young trainer who is very talented."
