Tipperary non-runner reinstated

The Tommy Stack trained Nero Emperor has been reinstated by the Stewards at Tipperary today in the Follow Tipperary On Facebook Handicap, despite earlier being taken out of the race in error.
The trainer's Cape Of Approval (number one in the second race) was the intended non-runner from the Listed Abergwaun Stakes but a mix-up occurred when the trainer's authorised representative Mr Mattie Crosse mistakenly withdrew Nero Emperor (number one in the third race) on course at 3.30pm.
The Stewards reinstated Nero Emperor at 4.10pm under Rule 194 (ix), "as they believed he was withdrawn by the mistaken action of T. Stack's authorised representative."
Cape Of Approval, the original intended non-runner, taken out due to a 'stone bruise'.
