An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final 2 furlongs, involving the winner, Beach Point (IRE), ridden by Jim Crowley, Mist Rollin In (GB), placed third, ridden by Phil Dennis, and Lady Invictus (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Elle-May Croot.
Dennis was suspended for 4 days for careless riding as he had made a misjudgment when unaware of Crowley on his heels and had switched left when insufficiently clear, causing Crowley to have to check his mount and be moved off his intended line, which in turn carried Croot and Clutterbuck off their intended lines.
An enquiry was held to consider interference inside the final 2 furlongs involving They (GB), unplaced, ridden by Grace McEntee, Amerigo Vespucci (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Finley Marsh, Too Much Too Young (GB), unplaced, ridden by Sam James, and Old Bailey (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Faye McManoman.
The interference was found to be accidental as James had taken reasonable steps to prevent his mount from shifting left away from Likleman (GB), placed fifth, as Old Bailey (IRE) had also shifted right causing Amerigo Vespucci (IRE) to be caught on heels and checked for several strides, which in turn caused They (GB) to also be caught on heels and significantly checked.
